Shipping policy


Thank you for shopping with PIXTY Case! We are dedicated to delivering your custom-printed phone cases as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below. 

 

1. Free Shipping Within the United States 

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. 

 

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline 

Our total delivery time is divided into two phases: Production Time and Shipping Time. Total Estimated Delivery is 6 to 13 Business Days from your order date. 

  • Production Time (Processing): 2–5 business days. Since each product is custom made-to-order specifically for you, it requires a short time in our printing facility.

  • Shipping Time (In Transit): 4 to 8 Business Days.

Please Note: "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons. 

 

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking 

To ensure the most reliable delivery, our fulfillment system automatically selects the best local carrier for your destination—most commonly USPS (U.S. Postal Service), DHL eCommerce, or other reputable domestic carriers.  

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. As soon as your phone case leaves the production facility, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking link. You can monitor your package's progress at any time. 

 

4. Shipping Address Policy 

Because our system is highly automated and synchronized with our printing labs, your shipping address can only be modified within 23 hours of purchase after purchase. You can easily update your address directly from your Order Management page in your account or Order Confirmation email.

Please double-check your shipping address (including any apartment or suite numbers) at checkout. PIXTY Case is not responsible for missing or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
