Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

We are looking to expand in the future, but for now, we focus on delivering the best experience to our US customers.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free!

Every single order on our site qualifies for free standard shipping within the US, with no minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to get my order?

Since our phone cases are made-to-order just for you, please allow a little extra time for delivery:

- Production Time : 2-5 business days

- Shipping Time : 4-8 business days

In total, you can expect your case to arrive within 6-13 business days after placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely!

Once your order is printed and handed off to the shipping carrier, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order yourself within 23 hours of purchase.

To do so, please open your Order Management page in your account or Order Confirmation email, and please proceed by clicking the cancel button.

Please note: Because our phone cases are custom-printed, your order is automatically sent to production exactly 23 hours after it is placed.
Once this 23-hour window passes, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel your order. Please double-check your phone model before completing your purchase!

I made a mistake when entering my order details (such as the address or model). What should I do?

You can update your order details yourself within 23 hours of your purchase!

To correct an error (like a wrong phone model or address), simply click the "Edit Order" button on your Order Management page. This will cancel your initial order so you can place a new one with the correct details.

You will not be double-charged —the original payment will be automatically and fully refunded to your account within 5 to 10 business days.

After 23 hours, all sales are final as your order **will already have gone into production**. Please double-check your new order carefully before completing your purchase!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Since each product is printed specifically for your order, we operate on a strictly "Final Sale" policy for customer preferences. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for: 

- Change of mind 

- Ordering the wrong device model or color 

- Personal preferences regarding design, style, or fit

Please review your order details (especially your phone model) carefully before completing your purchase. 

My order arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

We are so sorry about that.

If your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at shop@pixtycase.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

1. Your order number

2. A clear photo of the damaged/defective product

We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
