Refund policy
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund. Because our products are made-to-order, you do not need to return the defective items to us.
2. Customer Preference (No Returns / Exchanges)
Since each product is printed specifically for your order, we operate on a strictly "Final Sale" policy for customer preferences. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Personal preferences regarding design, style, or fit
Please review your order details (especially your phone model) carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
We offer a strict 23-hour window for any order changes or cancellations after your purchase.

Within 23 Hour: You can change or cancel your order directly using the cancellation button provided in your Order Confirmation email or Order management page.

After 23 Hour: Because our production system is automated to ensure fast delivery, orders are automatically sent to printing exactly 23 hour after placement. Once this 23-hour window has passed, the order enters the production stage, and we cannot accommodate any changes, modifications, or cancellation requests under any circumstances.
Please review your order details, including the device model and shipping address, very carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Lost or Missing Packages

In-Transit Loss: If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit (i.e., the tracking status stops updating before delivery), we will investigate with the carrier and issue a free replacement.

Delivered Packages: Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or suspected to be stolen after delivery. In such cases, we recommend checking with your family members, neighbors, or contacting the local carrier directly to locate the package.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
